This policy explains how SchoolNight Media ("we") handles information in connection with our website and our internal application, SchoolNight Publisher (the "App").
Who uses the App
The App is used only by SchoolNight Media to manage its own YouTube channel. It is not available to the public, and we do not ask other people to sign in to it.
YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What data the App accesses
When SchoolNight Media's Google account authorizes the App, the App can access, for that channel only:
- Channel and video details (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy and scheduling settings)
- Permission to upload and update videos on the channel
- YouTube Analytics reports for the channel's own content (views, watch time, engagement)
How we use it
We use this data only to upload and schedule our own videos and to measure how they perform so we can improve future content. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except as required by law.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens and analytics data are stored on devices or servers controlled by SchoolNight Media, protected by access controls. Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for content planning and is refreshed or deleted on a regular basis, and in any case within 30 days of when it is no longer needed.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access granted to the App can be revoked at any time at Google security settings. Revoking access stops the App from reaching the account, and we delete stored tokens for that account.

This website does not use cookies or tracking and does not collect personal information. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
